Positive: All the meals were cooked by a professional. Always hot meals, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 600 meters from the sea, out of which ~350 meters are a forest path. Very green -- grass and trees. Very calm and quiet during the anti-peak time (we stayed in late October). Our room looked freshly renovated. The staff were much friendlier than the Polish "norm".

Negative: If you have not opened hot water tap for some hours, you'll have to wait for some 3 minutes until it gets hot enough.

Summary: An affordable place with excellent meals, good location for nature lovers, great quality/price ratio
